Private Bodywork, Mobility & Strength Training - Single Session

I have been teaching group and private yoga classes for almost 6 years and what I’ve learned is that truly it is the mind that hinders the body and the soul. I will be there for you every step of the way to navigate the mental, emotional, and physical discomforts that the body is begging to move through.
A sturdy chair, a yoga strap, 2 blocks, and some sort of bolster of firm pillow will be handy for these meetings. These sessions will always be live over zoom so find a comfortable, quiet space to settle in.
